I've had the opportunity to use this product previously......and it's really great for DVD's and CD's that won't work anymore....it cleans and repairs the disk.......and allows the user to get quite "a bit more mileage" out of a disk.....it has two cleaning and polishing heads unlike a lot of other units.....I think it's an extremely useful DVD & CD repair and clean system for the avid music aficionado or movie/video entertainment buff!!!
